Based on your requirements, you will need to provide us a reference sample image or a technical file and total quantity you want us to produce.
Once your design and production requirement are clear and finalized, we will share you our costing. If our costing suits you, you advise us to proceed for the next level. Accordingly, we will send you the proforma invoice asking applicable upfront payment. In case of sampling we charge 100% advance and for production we take 70% advance and balance at shipping.
03. Advance Payment
Once the deposit has been made we will need to see a proof of transfer before we can begin the production or proceed with your order. You can choose out of multiple payment method such as - T/T (bank to bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union etc depending upon your convenience towards time, amount value and transaction cost.
04. Prototype Approval
A pre-production sample will be made and sent to you before we put your order into production. Only once they are approved, we will proceed to the main production. Throughout the process, we will provide you with constant updates.
05. Balance Payment
Orders will be inspect, ironed, folded, apply poly bags label each style and box according to your specific instructions.
Once checked and approved by our QC team, the balance of the invoice will need to be transferred before the items are able to be released from the factory.
We can either transport the goods via a door to door service like UPS/DHL/TNT or by our air freight or sea cargo.
